PRODUCT FOOTPRINT
Measuring Our Environmentallmpact
Svloon actively evaluates its environmental impact through Life Gycle Assessment (LcA), focusing on two key approaches:
CO2 Footprint
For Most Of ur product Categonies, ncluding totioneny,Bogs,And lifestyle ltems, We Calculte The C2 Fotpint using Acertined Methodoogy,This Alows Us To MeasureAnd Reduce Our Emissions Effectively.
Product Footprint-Textile & Bag collection
For Our Textile And Bog Colecion, we Take A naderpioduct FootointAprach,Asesing Not 0ny 02 Emisions ut Aisowoter Uksoge And lond mpact, Gien The signifcont scrutinyon extl nd Bog Production, We Have Partnered With Hiag Indexmethodologies To Ensure Transparency And AccountabilityIn Our Sustainability Efforts.
Sustainable Bags & Textile Collection-Responsible Choices
Our bags and textile products are designed to mirimize envronmentalimpact. We pniotize using recydled PT |RPT, organic coton, and othersustainable matenals to reduce resource consumption sianihcantly, we calculate and share three kev environmental impact indicators for each product.
GHG Emissions(CO2 Footprint)
Water Usage(Water Footprint)
Land Use(Land Footprint)
Each product's sustainablity impact is benchmarked against industry standards, allowing customers to make informed, responsible choices.
The Scope of Our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
The scope of an CA ife Cycde Assessment vanes depending on how many phases of a product's ife cycdle are considered. A broader scope provides a more tronsparent and accuratfootprint calculation, whereas a narrower scope may result in lower reported values but overlook key environmental impacts.
We align our product footprint calculations with the Higg index methodology, ensuring a cradle-to-gate assessment. This means our LCAcovers all key production stages, including;
· Raw material extraction & processing
· Fabric and component manufacturing
· Product assembly & fnishing
· Packaging materials
By following Higg's cradle-to-gate approach, we ensure that our calculationsaccurately reflect the environmental impact of our products before they reachour customers. This transparency helps businesses make more sustainablepurchasina decisions while drivina industry-wide improvements in responsible manufacturing.

Welfare
Primary data is collected directly from oursupply chain partners and provides frst-handinsight into their operations. This includes:
· Environmental data, such as energy
consumption,waste management, and water
usage
· Operational data, including manufacturing
processes
· Validation & verifcation, where we comparecollected data against previous
By gathering primary data, we create detailed supplier profles and better understand the environmental impact of our products and production processes.
Training Programs
Secondary data comes from external sourceand industry research when primary data isunavailable orincomplete. This includes:
· Cross-industry databases, such as global energy mix statistics for different locations.
· Published environmental reports on material footprints, emissions, and supply chain practices.
· Benchmark studies that compare environmental impacts across industries.
Secondary data ensures our calculations remain scientifcally sound, even in cases where supply chain data is limited.
Enhanced Promotion System
Wateris a fnite and valuable resource.and industries like textiles and paper production consume signifcant amounts throughout their supply chain. We calculate water footprint based on key water-intensive processes, such as:
· Wet processing (e.g., dyeing and washing)
· Chemical use & production (e.g.. solvents, binders, and coatings).
· Energy production (e.g., water used for electricity generation).
· Transportation & heating fuels.
· Agricultural inputs (e.g. irrigation for raw material farming).
By tracking these factors, we ensure responsiblewater management and actively seek ways toreduce consumption and improve effciency.
Enhanced Promotion System
Land footprint refers to the total land area occupied for different stages of a product'slifecycle. This includes:
· Raw material cultivation (e.g.. organic cotton farming).
· Forestry activities (e.g., FSC-certifed paper production).
· Manufacturing facilities (e.g., space required for cutting, sewing, and assembling products)
By evaluating land use, we qain a better understanding of our supply chain's ecological impact, allowing us to promote sustainable sourcing and optimize land effciency across all production phases
CO₂ Footprint & Emission Transparency
We are commited to emhance carbon emision transparency, ensuing that our customers an choose more sustainable product. hough nigorous data coecion and analysis, we
have established a clear and transparent CO₂ , emission calculation method to measure greenhouse gas GHG) emissions throughout our operations.
Scope of CO₂ Calculation
In accordance with lS0 14064-1:2018 and the GHG Protocol, we use the operational control approach to define the boundarnies of our carbon footprint calculation, focusing on the following emission categories:
Organisational Boundary
The CO₂ footprint assessment covers the infrastructure and business activities at the following Syloon locations:
· 1st - 3rd Floor, No.1, Building 1, No.2 Zhenxing Road, Qijia Mountain Area, Beilun District, Ningbo, Zhejiang
· #1, Building 1, No.29 Huapu Road, Qijia Mountain Area, Beilun District, Ningbo, Zhejiang
By gathering primary data, we create detailed supplier profles and better understand the environmental impact of our products and production processes.
Reporting Boundary
Our reporting framework is based on 1S0 14064-1:2018 and the GHG Protocol, with the following mandatory and voluntary reporting categories:
· Scope 1 (Direct Emissions): Includes emissions from fuel combustion in facilities and vehiclesowned or controlled by Syloon.
· Scope 2 (indirect Emissions from Purchased Energy): Covers emissions from purchasedelectricity, heat, and steam consumed in our operations.
· Scope 3 (Other Indirect Emissions - Voluntary Reporting): Includes emissions from business travel, employee commuting, material production and transport, waste disposal, etc. As Scope 3 emissions are voluntary, this assessment does not include Categories C to F under ISO 14064-1:2018.
Data Collection & Methodology
Our CO₂ footprint calculations are based on authoritative data sources, including:
Materials & Production:
Measures CO, Emissions From Raw Material Extraction, Processing, And Product Manufacturing.
Packaging:
Assesses The lmpact Of Primary Packaging Materials Such As Gift Boxes Or Polybags.
End-of-Life Treatment:
Includes Emissions Related To Product Disposal And Recycling Processes.
Energy Use:
Calculates Emissions From Electricity And Fuel Consumption At Our Facilities.
Transportation:
Covers Emissions From The Transportation Of Goods From Production Sites To Our Ninabo Warehouse.(Note: This Does Not Include Transportation From Our Warehouse To Customers.)
